Mexican Hot Chocolate
Makes 6-8 cups
6 cups water
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate powder
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat until simmering, stirring often. Serve warm with marshmallows, whipped cream, or just by itself! It's so yummy just as it is!
With almost a foot of snow on the ground this morning, Mexican hot chocolate sounds fabulous!
